The rules to be respected are not only those sanctioned by law but, above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
The delivery of the room is scheduled for 5 pm and until 8 pm. Prior communication well in advance of your arrival time is welcome. Use the contact details on your booking confirmation or on the website.
Access to the structure is not allowed to unreserved, unauthorized or unregistered people.
. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians. Baby cots are subject to availability.
Guests will have the keys at their disposal. In case of loss they must be compensated. At the end of the stay the keys must be returned or left in the special box in the hall.
During the night from 10 pm to 8 am, silence must be respected to allow other guests and neighbors to rest properly.
The structure is not equipped to accommodate animals, neither small nor large.
Guest are prohibited from using stoves of any kind to eatfoods; using eaters and lighting equipment with exposed eletric eating elements or which are fueled with solid, liquid or gaseous fuels that may cause fires.
It is absolutely not allowed to smoke inside the rooms.
It is forbidden to throw objects that could obstruct the pipes into the toilet and sinks.
The cleaning of the rooms is carried out daily from 10 to 12. If you do not want the rearrangement you must put the tag (do not disturb) outside, on the door from the rooms. Before the rearrangement, please arrange your personal belongings in order to allow cleaning. Please use the special waste baskets and refrain from any improper use of towels (makeup removal, hair removal ...) which leads to their irreparable deterioration.
The bed linen is changed every three days for long stays (from six days onwards) (additional change costs 8 euros per bed).

If you wish to change additional towels, put the towels to be washed in the sink, the others will not be replacedÂ
It is recommended to turn off lights, close windows and air conditioning every time you leave the room
The breakfast service is not provided in the structure.

It is not possible to organize parties and the like in the rooms.
Geographical references and directions on how to get to the property are available on the site or, if requested, will be provided by the owner after confirmation of the booking.
On the site there is a system of assistance to the stay: information is provided on places to visit with routes and itineraries and various links of utilities, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby and more typical of the place are reported, advice on the most easily accessible services, all already available before your arrival at the facility.
Since there is also an automatic check-in system, if you want, you can have support in the presence of the owners or, otherwise, in complete autonomy, using the "virtual" support of the site.
